2.Complimentary voucher for two to access the public hot spring or a private hot spring room at Wulai Pause Landis Resort.
1.Additional charges apply on weekends and special holidays, subject to the hotel’s official website and on-site announcements.
2.The hotel reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right of final decision.
3.The offer does not include water or tea service charges. Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and private dining rooms are subject to additional charges. Menu items may vary seasonally and are subject to availability at the restaurant.
4.Advance reservation is required for both room bookings and dining. Please indicate the use of this voucher at the time of booking. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offers, or NT$10,000 vouchers.
5.Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed for the original offer; however, they may be used toward on-site consumption at face value, with no change given and no invoice issued. Valid for use only at The Landis Taipei.
Refund Policy:
For voucher refunds, please present the original proof of purchase (voucher, receipt, and credit card slip) to our company. A handling fee of 3% of the voucher’s face value will be charged. All complimentary vouchers must be returned together. If any complimentary voucher has been used or cannot be returned, a fee of NT$6,998 per voucher will apply.
Voucher Replacement:
If a voucher is damaged or deformed but its essential details remain identifiable, it may be exchanged or reissued by our company. A processing fee of NT$50 per voucher will be charged.
