Average consumption
NT$1,800 / per person plus a 10% service fee
Notes
Parking discounts and Wi-Fi are available during meetings.
Half-day meeting package includes coffee, hot tea, and snacks once.
Full-day meetings provide coffee, hot tea, and snacks twice.
The meeting package offers Chinese set menus or Western-style meals (no private rooms for Western meals).
Equipment provided includes multifunction projectors, screens, whiteboards, presentation stands, laser pointers, and microphones.
Meeting supplies include A4 paper, exquisite stationery, drinking water, and mints.
A 50% discount on document copying is available during the meeting.
Staff can enter the venue 30 minutes early for preparation. (An additional manpower fee of NT$3,000 will be charged for entry before 07:30 AM.)
This project is applicable for meetings of 15 people or more.
Extra charges apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
