Sexual Harassment Prevention

 

To prevent sexual harassment and properly handle related incidents, thereby providing a work and service environment free from sexual harassment, the Company has established measures for sexual harassment prevention, complaint procedures, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Article 7 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act. These are publicly disclosed as follows:

  • Public Disclosure
    1. No one shall commit sexual harassment or sexual assault against another person.
    2. Those who sexually harass others may be fined between NT$10,000 and NT$100,000 according to the law. If the sexual harassment is committed by abusing power or opportunity, the fine will be increased by half.
    3. In addition to legal civil and criminal liabilities, individuals who commit sexual harassment or sexual assault against others will also be penalized according to the Company's internal regulations.
